1. 360⁰ View Monitor

2. 8-inch MAZDA CONNECT Display
To view the new 360⁰ View Monitor, Mazda added a larger MAZDA CONNECTTM infotainment screen. The touchscreen display provides enhanced resolution and contrast that helps make viewing information easier. Then, Mazda moved the display higher on the dash and reduced the viewing angle to provide better visibility at a glance. Full hands-free Bluetooth phone support and convenient operation with the multi-function Commander control knob help the driver focus on driving.
3. Heated and Ventilated Front Seats
For the first time ever, Mazda is offering ventilated front seats to help provide a greater sense of wellbeing on drives. The available ventilated front seats wick warm air and moisture away from the driver’s back, using a vacuum-like effect rather than blowing cold air. The result is that the driver and front passenger maintain cooler backs, rather than just blowing cool air into a space where hot air is trapped. This helps maintain a comfortable temperature, even on the hottest days of the year. And, of course, on those chilly mornings or winter days, the front seats still feature three-stage heaters—and the back seats have available seat heaters as well.
4. Configurable Digital Gauge Display
An available digital 7.0-inch driver information gauge display allows the driver to reconfigure the new Mazda6’s information display, from displaying vehicle information to showing speed limits and diagnostic information. Synergies occur when the new gauge display is used in combination with the Mazda6’s windshield-projected Active Driving Display.
5. Turbocharged SKYACTIV Engine
By combining a turbocharger with the already powerful direct-injected SKYACTIV-G 2.5-liter engine, the 2018 Mazda6 provides up to 250 horsepower and a robust 310 pound-feet of torque—a torque rating far surpassing much of its midsize competition. The Mazda6 now has a healthy amount of get-up-and-go to complement its premium driving experience, making for a truly rapid means of getting from Point A to Point B, whether in a straight line or when the road throws more than a few bends in the middle.
6. Full Speed Mazda Radar Cruise Control with Stop & Go
Mazda Radar Cruise Control now works with full stop-and-go functionality. This technology uses millimeter-wave radar at speeds from 18-90 mph to maintain following distance to vehicles ahead. The new addition is a forward-facing camera, which works at speeds below 18 mph to slow down, even to a standstill, and then move at stop-and-go speeds, helping to eliminate much of the stress of a crowded commute.
